UIR prac 1 and some introduction

todays the first day of UIR
project topic is : " Discuss the latest trends in the music industry for teenagers"
the search for a forum was fast with the 1st search on yahoo. www.musicbanter.com was what i found. Has every genre ( should be ) and there seems to be quite a lot of regular posters.Websites can be found easily since the topic is music but I still have a lot of work to do.For online journal, i found this website : http://library.music.indiana.edu/music_resources/journals.html .Fantastic link for any research that need to be done on music.However, the info there is too much and not what i need so in the end i took a paper done by polifornia company and the link is http://www.polifonia-tn.org/Content.aspx?id=94.
I learnt today that the internet is a wealth of resources and have countless opportunities to find information.I also found out that much info has to sourced through a lot and that we must be patient to find the stuff needed. I also learnt about the different types of websites such as personal and organisational.
Now, more about myself. Well, for me its quite simple. What you see is what you get , well mostly. To find out more, just go see my friendster. But generally, i play the guitar, am addicted to music ( all types but espically metal ) and reading..yes, reading.I have too mnay small hobbies so if i state them all here you will have to read till the next century .
Currently, i'm studying in TP and am loving it! Can't wait for my sec school friends come here and then the party will really be on.The friends here i've made are great and fun to be with so everyday is like a party!
